Looks like AKB48 destoryed the single charts with their new single "Sakura no Shiori". Personally I am not a big fan of the song, I do like AKB48 so CONGRATS! Currently, the single has had the highest debut sales (or first day) for 2010, beating TVXQ's single "BREAK OUT!" and KAT-TUN's "Love Yourself~Kimi ga Kirai na Kimi ga Suki"! I hope they can continue getting higher sales so they can become #1 on they weekly, monthly, or even yearly charts!
On the albums chart, Tohoshinki (TVXQ) (DBSK) destroyed the album charts with their album "Best Selection 2010". Although I do not like "BEST OF" albums, I do like TVXQ so CONGRATS to them! They achieved their first #1 album on the daily charts, Lets hope that they can achieve their first #1 on the weekly charts or even monthly!
